With a mass start, participants will experience the thrill of open water racing in one of the UK’s most iconic swimming locations.

Practical stuff to know Start: Totnes (near Steamer Quay) Finish: Dittisham on the River Dart Age: 18+ Parking: Park at the finish in Dittisham where possible - shuttle boats transfer swimmers up river to the start in Totnes. Limited local parking, so plan ahead Spectators: Best at the finish in Dittisham - it’s lively, welcoming & far easier to access than the start Feeding: There's a couple of floating feed stations on the course with fun, friendly volunteers. Water & refreshments are also available at the finish, which has a festival feel. Wetsuits: Wetsuits are compulsory unless you have pre-approved skin-swimming permission & meet the temperature criteria. For most swimmers, a full-length wetsuit is the safest & most comfortable option for 10km downriver.
