The “Win 3 Months of Coaching” competition (the “Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Entrants must submit a valid entry via the official Catch survey form during the competition period. The competition is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Catch Swim Ltd (“Catch”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Catch reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Entries open on Friday 31 October 2025 and close at 11:59 PM (GMT) on Tuesday 11 November 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
To enter, participants must complete the official Catch survey form in full during the competition period. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through automated means will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Four (4) winners will each receive three (3) months of Catch Gold membership, valued at £74.97 per winner (£24.99 per month).
- If the winner is not an existing Catch member: they will receive a link & code via email to sign up for Catch Gold free of charge for the stated period.
- If the winner is an existing Catch member: they will receive a code to apply via the Catch web app, extending or upgrading their current membership by the stated period.
The prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered. Catch reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) days of the competition closing. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, another winner may be selected at Catch’s discretion. Catch is not responsible for email delivery issues, including spam filtering or incorrect contact information.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By entering, entrants agree that Catch may use their name & general location (e.g. city/country) for announcing winners & promotional purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and, if opted in, for marketing communications from Catch. Catch reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of the Competition may result in disqualification and possible legal action.
By participating, entrants release Catch Swim Ltd and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
The Competition & these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
