These terms & conditions apply to the Catch x Great North Swim competition offering four prizes of 3 months of Catch Gold membership.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Catch Swim Ltd, 27b Cotham Grove, Bristol, BS6 6AN, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to entrants aged 18 or over.
- Entrants can be based anywhere in the world.
- Employees, contractors or partners directly involved with Catch Swim Ltd or Great North Swim may enter but may not be eligible to win.
- One entry per person.
3. How to enter
- Entrants must complete the competition form on the Catch website by submitting:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Agreement to these terms & conditions
- Optional consent for receiving additional emails does not affect entry.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Competition period
- The competition opens when the email is sent on Tuesday 21st January 2026.
- The competition closes at 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 28th January 2026.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be included.
5. Prizes
- Four winners will each receive 3 months of Catch Gold membership, including:
- A personalised swim training plan
- Weekly technique video lessons
- Pool & open water sessions
- Unlimited 1-to-1 coaching in the app
- Full access to all Catch Gold features
- The prize has no cash alternative & cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. Winner selection
- Four winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- Winners will be contacted by email within 5 days of the competition closing.
- Winners will only be contacted from rebecca@catchswim.com. Please ignore any other accounts imitating Catch or the Great North Swim.
7. Claiming the prize
- Winners must respond to the winner notification email within 7 days.
- If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Catch reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data protection
- By entering, you agree that Catch may contact you by email to notify you of the outcome of the competition.
- Optional marketing consent only applies if you tick the relevant checkbox.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with Catch’s Privacy Policy.
9. General terms
- Catch reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
- Catch’s decision regarding all competition matters is final & no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
