Test your endurance and take on the ultimate challenge with the Super 6 mile swim in London's Hyde Park! Swim Serpentine offers this incredible race on Saturday, September 19th. Imagine yourself swimming six miles in the iconic lake, pushing your limits and achieving a truly remarkable feat of endurance.

The race features a staggered start, with swimmers setting off at regular intervals. The water temperature in the Serpentine lake can vary; however, in the summer, it can reach over 20°C (70°F). Wetsuits are optional when the water temperature is over 15 degrees. As a participant, you'll receive a ZONE3 swim cap and will have access to convenient facilities like bag drop and toilets.
As a participant, you'll also receive professional event photography to capture your achievement, and timed results to track your progress. Plus, you can even opt for a finisher's T-shirt and medal to commemorate your swim. And for an even greater sense of accomplishment, you can choose to plant a tree to support sustainability.
Don't miss this opportunity to be part of an unforgettable event!

Practical stuff to know Start: Totnes (near Steamer Quay) Finish: Dittisham on the River Dart Age: 18+ Parking: Park at the finish in Dittisham where possible - shuttle boats transfer swimmers up river to the start in Totnes. Limited local parking, so plan ahead Spectators: Best at the finish in Dittisham - it’s lively, welcoming & far easier to access than the start Feeding: There's a couple of floating feed stations on the course with fun, friendly volunteers. Water & refreshments are also available at the finish, which has a festival feel. Wetsuits: Wetsuits are compulsory unless you have pre-approved skin-swimming permission & meet the temperature criteria. For most swimmers, a full-length wetsuit is the safest & most comfortable option for 10km downriver.
