So we have the personalised training plans. We take a bunch of data points about your journey with swimming, your lifestyle & goals. But we also give you a technique video series, which helps you improve your skill level in the water. Becoming a faster swimmer is not just about pounding out lengths of the pool on a regular basis.
Thatâs not all. Your video course is completely linked up with your training plan, which means youâll be training the skills youâll be learning in your weekly videos. The drills in the pool help you learn specific movements or skills required for silky smooth technique. Then you remove the drill, & keep the skill.
