🏃What is Catch? It’s not just Runna for Swimming.

It’s much, MUCH more. Swimming is a super technical sport, & to be a smooth & efficient swimmer, you need excellent technique.

So what is Catch?

We built Catch to do what Runna does for running, but with some added extras.

So we have the personalised training plans. We take a bunch of data points about your journey with swimming, your lifestyle & goals. But we also give you a technique video series, which helps you improve your skill level in the water. Becoming a faster swimmer is not just about pounding out lengths of the pool on a regular basis.

That’s not all. Your video course is completely linked up with your training plan, which means you’ll be training the skills you’ll be learning in your weekly videos. The drills in the pool help you learn specific movements or skills required for silky smooth technique. Then you remove the drill, & keep the skill.

We were asked by our members to analyse their technique using video footage of them swimming. So we built that in too. We’ve found that swimmers who are committed to learning & improving make huge improvements with this combination of remote learning & carefully tailored training plans.

We've tried and tested it, it works

Take James, for example. He's a busy guy so he only opted to jump in the pool once a week. After just 5 weeks of training with Catch, he knocked 30 seconds off his 400m time. But the biggest difference? How easy it felt.

“Discovering Catch transformed my swimming with simple tweaks, & I only wish I’d had it earlier!

The Catch videos focussing on technique have made sense to me in a way that other online resources I’ve tried have not.

The training plans have transformed my monotonous weekly swim into something far more entertaining, & my stats speak for themselves” - James, Bristol

So… What are you waiting for? Whether you have 6 months or 4 weeks before an open water swimming race - or you simply want to improve your front crawl - check out Catch’s courses to find your swimmer’s high.
