This bundle includes all four essential pieces of kit used in Catch Gold training plans - a kickboard, pull buoy, flippers & hand paddles. Together, they’ll help you get the most out of every session, improve your technique faster & build confidence in the water.
Each tool has a job to do:
Kickboard - improve your body position & leg strength
Pull Buoy - focus on arm technique & strength
Flippers - add momentum & flow while you practise drills
Hand Paddles - build arm strength & power in your pull
Whether you’re training for an open water race, finding your flow with front crawl or making your pool sessions more fun, this kit will help you swim smoother, stronger & more efficiently. It’s the complete setup every Catch Gold swimmer needs to follow their personalised plan.
We offer free delivery on orders of £25 or more. For orders less than £25, the delivery charge is £5.

Most of our products come with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product, please reach out to support@catchswim.com if you have any issues with your product.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service (support@catchswim.com) for return instructions.
Our shipping policy ensures that all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our shipping is with a 48hr courier called APC. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
